What is beauty if your face is full of breakouts. 

I am going to share tips and guide on how to avoid acne, pimple and breakouts and also some basic skin care products to apply. Our body is made up of skin literally but, our facial skin is different from the rest of the body. Our face is very rich in pores, it will grow more visible if you will not consider the basic skin care tips that I will give you so, let’s get started!

Let’s understand the awful things that might appear in your face. How do you feel if you got an acne below your cheeks, awful right? Honestly, even a pimple it gives stress in me. I even panicked looking for products that would remove the red bumps but, in the end you will realized the mistakes you’ve caused your pretty face.

How to avoid these common facial skin problems:

  1. Hydrate you facial skin with water and cleanse them with facial foam or facial wash
  2. Tone with miscellar
  3. Moisturized, apply moisturizer that rich in vitamins

There are lots a lots of skin care products in the market, they are also have been commercialized in televisions, paper ads and billboards. They are too deceiving because of the creativity of their marketing techniques using models, attractive graphics and believable quotes. The only main goal is to have a clear and good skin, free from acne and having a glow face. Beauty consultants and dermatologists are also in the line, handy on giving you an one-on-one beauty advice to widen your knowledge in skincare line. What will it cost you to take advice and test new skin care products, that depends on you.

There’s no perfect beauty unless you treat your body skin as a holy. Before, I get into bed I made sure my face were cleanse, tone and moisturize.. It’s an essence of being a lady, it shows that you truly take care of yourself because you want to wake up with cleansed face.

Night Routine

Basic Skin Care:

  1. Cleanse you face with facial foam wash and rinse
  2. Toning
  3. Moisturize

Achieving a Glow Skin, you can apply these steps twice/thrice a week.

  1. Remove make up using make up remover  (if you dont have make up on skip no.1)
  2. Cleanse you face with facial foam wash and rinse
  3. Tone using miscellar water
  4. Apply essence of lotion
  5. Apply ampoule
  6. Apply Serum
  7. Emulsion
  8. Mask
  9. Apply an eyecream
  10. Moisturizer

Are brands important? I don’t stick in one brand for example the toner, after finishing “the secret key toner”, I switch to garnier miscellar toner. Well, they are in the same line unless it cleanse/tone my face but, it doesn’t matter and if it’s fit in your budget you can buy best toner.

Facial skin produce natural oil, when the dirt touched the surface of the skin it will produce blackheads so the dirt comes in, it is color black that will appear in pores. There are ways to protect pores and minimize the elargement of pores and using clay mask is the key.

 

There are may ways on how we can take care of our skin. I like to experience different products and learn from it. I do use natural plants and organic food like aloe vera, green tea, banana peel, lemon, oatmeal etc. which helps my skin look younger. Looking young is a new trend for women then now it’s a hobby.

I acquired acute bronchitis when I matched my back to it’s window and was super tired practising a dance. The best thing you can do for yourself is to think for yourself.  Throughout this beautiful day you have hundreds of little opportunities to move your life in the direction you want it to go.  You have to spend your time on which you think it may value you, worth to do and makes you feel good. Sometimes you need to chill alone, you may like to go to the beach, watch the sunrise or sunset, walk to the quiet places or better go to a quiet cafe and just stay there drink your favourite beverage and just spent your time there.

Choices, choices, choices.

I keep bringing up myself to learn things and come up with something to write. The choice is to open your mind to seek opportunities and inspiration. It is not easy because there are no easy ways though. But it always starts with smile, try to smile and smile until your cheeks cramps, and that will hurts as I said. There is no easy way. You have to keep on trying and try and try harder until it makes you comfortable.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Your day is always important as the sun and the moon give us, so  make sure you learn somethings and try new things. Reading and writing are a good exercise for your beautiful mind and lovely soul. As a Catholic it’s a traditional to attend every Sunday for a Holy Mass lead by a Priest. To listen to a word of God is like a food for the soul. The Church is a reminder to me why we have to believe in Christ who suffer and sacrifice for our sins. He died on the cross because of us.  The Church in this modern era is quite colourful and eccentric, it is polished for people, events and occasions. It is a house for everybody with a cost, fess and voluntary gifts and offers. A beautiful church is also a picture how well the place you are living.

St John Evangelist Catholic Church is quite known in my place, I live my whole life and studied here. I studied at St John Catholic School and can’t miss a prayer every hour, all prayers must lead and learn. The Church now is just the same and the differences are it’s now rich in colours, windows are now stained, aesthetic ceilings, stunning nave, same size of sanctuary, church door to impress with carvings that tells us a story, gold leafed altar box with details and carvings or apostles, beautiful white chancel painted with details, some brick walls near church doors and marmol floorings. The church is a beautiful place to talk to God and to reminisce, here are some photos I took.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After the mass, as I step outside the door, I have seen vendors inside church premises selling balloons and sampaguita for altar. There is a small chapel where you could seat in solemn and pray intimately with Virgin Mary.

Cleaning the floors is very important in the morning. Sweeping and mopping the floors is a must. An everyday brushing the floor by using a broomstick to remove the dust and hair pets is kinda my thing.

I owned five indoor dogs. They love moving around the floor and stick their body to my legs.
Now I am hungry.  I am thinking to cook eggs with maling meat to stuff on gardenia bread. Also will make an egg with tomatoe for mom’s breakfast.

After eating, I had fun watching my 6mos old niece in her cerelac morning. She is adorable, love the baby smile, so warm.
The dogs are running in and out the door. They are old, the oldest is a 12 years old dog and have not gave up on taking care of these animals. My heart is too soft for them like they are my angels, unconditional love. 

I have not stop doing household chores. Everytime I am done on washing the dishes, laying on bed is what I could think of. But, I still have to feed the dogs. Ay yay yay! 
Cleaning your own body is essential. Daily bath is needed. Clean clothes are important.
Dogs need a bath too. I wanted to give them a furry bath, it’s like I have no time. There are groomers that can however I don’t have budget to pay for their service. 
I’m going to washroom now and clean myself to have a great excuse for dogs. 
Now I am thinking of my husband, he is sleeping at this time. I have always wanted to be with him and have fun time together. Learn each other and agreeing with everything we like. 
Now, it’s my bath time!

Healthylicious! Yes here is my new recipe for the year. Because we are more on eating vegetables and putting more colors on our plate. There is more fun on cooking with lots of flavours to put in your mouth.

Tofu, Bean Sprouts, Pechay, Carrots, Onion, Ginger and Garlic. For seasoning prepare a half cube of knorr cubes. Use sesame oil to stir-fry.

Preparing ingredients for cooking takes time but it’s fun 🙂 I would prefer to slice the carrots in thin slices, put them in water for less phosphorus content. Wash pechay before slicing into medium thin. Soak bean sprouts to water to remove particles. Slice the ginger, chopped garlic and slice onion. Fried tofu, slice them in your preferred size.

  1. corn oil in a heat pan
  2. fry tofu until golden brown
  3. prepare a tissue in a plate
  4. remove the fried tofu in pan and place them in plate with tissue
  5. let the tissue absorb the excess oil from tofu.
  6. let them cool and slice them to your preferred size.
  7. put them in a bowl.
  1. 3 tablespoon of sesame oil in a heat pan
  2. drop ginger and stir
  3. drop onion and stir
  4. drop garlic and stir
  5. drop the carrots and stir until half cooked
  6. drop the beans sprouts and stir for 1 minute
  7. drop the ground chicken knorr cubes
  8. put a little amount of water
  9. cover the pan for 3 minutes in low heat
  10. drop the pechay and stir until  they are all mix together.
  11. serve and enjoy 🙂
